The management at East Lincoln Speedway will be holding a meeting to discuss various issues affecting the Open Wheel Modified division. The meeting will take place Thursday, July 22 at 7:00PM at East Lincoln Speedway (rain or shine).

"The Open Wheel Modifieds put on great racing & they are definitely a fan favorite", said Shawn Parker General Manager of East Lincoln Speedway. "We really want to see the divion continue to grow & as a way of helping the division along, we want to have an open dialogue with the drivers & car owners that race Modifieds at East Lincoln."

Issues to be discussed include:

- Tire testing process
- Tire testing penalties
- Implementation of invert procedure
- Goals for the remainder of 2010 season
- Plans for the 2011 season
- Ideas on how to grow the division further
