After a successful meeting with drivers & owners from the Open Wheel Modified division, the management of East Lincoln Speedway will be making the following adjustments to our tire testing policy & penalties, effective immediately:

- For the remainder of the 2010 season, tire samples will be taken from the rear tires only.

- The penalty for testing positive to tire soaking elements will be as follows:

* First Offense: 1 race suspension, probation for remainder of the season and lost of points & money for the race event when driver tested positive for tire soaking elements.

* Second Offense: 4 race suspension and lost of points & money for the race event when driver tested positive for tire soaking elements. Driver will also pay for lab fees.

* Third Offense: 1 year suspension and lost of points & money for the race event when driver tested positive for tire soaking elements. Driver will also pay for lab fees & must pay a fine of $500 before being allowed to race at East Lincoln Speedway again.
